Description
As we build out our real estate portfolio in tax-efficient and free-trade zone jurisdictions, we need a tax ninja to design holding structures that support the investment values of our global customer base facilitate the rapacious growth of the Tingley Cellars LLC business. We are operating at the leading edge of a transformation of investment sophistication in wine and spirits, and you will fuel this innovation via novel tax strategy.
Qualifications
JD or MBA or equivalent experience
10-15 years working on tax strategy for a multinational enterprise
Experience with offshore structures
Bermuda or Jersey experience preferred
Management experience preferred
Responsibilities
Lead tax strategy for the enterprise.
Partner with C-Suite and GC on tax liabilities, growth objectives, customer risk and business strategy.
Manage tax regulatory relationships in jurisdictions where Tingley Cellars LLC operates and devise reporting strategy.
Future potential to build a global team of tax professionals.
Senior Robotics Engineer
San Francisco, California USA
Description
Tingley Cellars LLC is at the forefront of efficient wine-storage technology. Our cellars feature proprietary technology that maximizes our storage capacity while securing our customers' wine. After a regrettable incident in 2015 where a longtime member of our staff mishandled several cases of wine, we have redoubled our efforts to automate our storage and retrieval process and eliminate the need for human hands on customer wine. As Senior Robotics Engineer, you will be leading this effort.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, MFA or equivalent experience
5+ years in robotics, including robotics software development
Experience designing job-replacing humanoid devices
Experience extracting process maps from recalcitrant human employees fearful of job replacement
Working proficiency in Irish Gaelic preferred
Retail beverage sales experience in preferred
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the proprietary Tingley Cellars LLC autonomous bottle-retrieval quadruped robot.
Lead the company's strategy to maintain our industry-leading position in wine robotics.
